§ 74-3. Legislative purpose.

This chapter is enacted for the following purposes:

A.
To preserve the long-range health, safety and welfare of the public and the economic productivity and environmental quality of the Village of Williamsville by conserving resources and reducing potential pollution of the environment.

B.
To establish methods of collection, reduction and separation to encourage effective reuse of wastes.
