§ 74-18. Penalties for offenses.

A.
Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) a day or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or both.

B.
Any person who aids, abets or assists in a violation of this chapter shall also be subject to the penalties provided herein.

C.
Each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
