Chapter 12. Buildings, Demolition of; Blasting

§ 12-6. Permit issuance.

Upon a determination that an application for demolition is complete as provided herein, the Code Enforcement Officer shall issue a demolition permit as authorized by this chapter. In addition to the requirements expressly set forth in this chapter, the Code Enforcement Officer may impose additional conditions or restrictions regularly determined to be necessary to protect public health and safety and the general welfare of the Village.
