The Village of Williamsville is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

R-1	Single-Family Residential District
R-2	Single-Family Residential District
R-3	Single-Family or Two-Family Residential District
R-3M	Multiple-Dwelling Residential District
MU	Mixed Use District
NMU	Neighborhood Mixed Use District
M-1	Light Manufacturing District
